Grapes: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon; 9.2% Tintorera, 5.8% Cabernet Franc
An intense ruby red colour. The nose is dominated by notes of red and black fruits, such as strawberry, blueberry and blackberry, accompanied by those of hazelnut, chocolate, coffee and vanilla. On the palate this wine develops great volume and has firm and present tannins. A high acidity and long finish compliments a fruity finish

All kinds of red meats, pâté, lamb and game included. It suits spicy sauces or strong condiments and it is a great to serve with dishes that include this variety in their cooking. When pairing it with cheeses, go for Brie, Gorgonzola, Camembert or Cheddar.
